I kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.  I may also need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, I will do my utmost to find a suitable date and time that best accommodates your schedule.

By booking and receiving a Holistic treatment with Andrew Jackson Holistic, you agree to the following terms:

- The treatment is not a substitute for medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment.

- Andrew Jackson Holistic does not prescribe or perform medical treatment, nor interfere with treatments or interventions prescribed or advised by a medical professional.

- The treatment cannot guarantee any particular outcome of medical or psychological conditions.

- Any advice given to you is done with the best intention, and you are free to accept or act upon it however you choose.

- Andrew Jackson Holistic treats all information and feedback exchanged during consultation and treatment as confidential.

- Children under 16 years require consent from a parent or legal guardian. A consent form will be provided before treatment.

- Andrew Jackson Holistic reserves the right to change the prices of treatments.
